    Apply for a building permit at the City Hall during normal business hours. The cost of a building permit will vary depending on the work being done.

  • Business License

    Apply for a business license at the City Hall, Monday thru Friday, during normal business hours. The cost for a business license varies based on the type of business.

  • Vehicle Tags

    Vehicle tags may be renewed at the Houston County Tag Department, located at 462 N. Oates Street, 1st Floor, Dothan, Alabama 36303. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For additional information, please contact the office at (334) 677-4734

  • Trash Pickup

    Trash pickup is provided by Houston County Sanitation. Pickup will be on Thursdays of each week with the exception of the Holiday Schedule below:
